1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dungeons Tale (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Dungeons Tale provides a suite of tools for tabletop role-playing games, primarily Dungeons & Dragons, including but not limited to an encounter generator, combat tracker, and AI-powered content creators for campaigns, NPCs, and magic items. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change or termination without notice.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

You may create an account to save your creations and access premium ("Pro") features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information. We offer a free tier with limited weekly usage and a "Pro" subscription for unlimited access. All payments and subscription management are handled through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You agree not to misuse the AI generation tools by attempting to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

5. Intellectual Property

The original content, features, and functionality of Dungeons Tale are and will remain the exclusive property of Dungeons Tale and its licensors. The content you generate using our tools (e.g., campaign plots, NPC backstories) is your own for personal, non-commercial use. Dungeons & Dragons content, including but not limited to creature names and statistics, is the intellectual property of Wizards of the Coast. This site is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dungeons Tale makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dungeons Tale or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Dungeons Tale's website, even if Dungeons Tale or a Dungeons Tale authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
